Crystal Valley Day Spa is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in northern Travelers Rest. We are convenient to the Cliffs Developments, the city of Greenville and most of the Upstate of South Carolina. Our highly qualified staff at Crystal Valley Day Spa offer a full range of services for hair, natural nails, skin and massage to nurture the well being of body, mind and spirit. Our staff is able to customize each treatment to suit the individual needs of our guests. We take pride in using quality products that are safe as well as effective. It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in a relaxing environment.
Spa Etiquette
Reservations
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the spa or through online booking. While booking online, if you do not find a time that works for you, please call us so we can do our best accommodate you. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates, valued at the price of service(s) booked, may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies, which are listed below.
Cancellations
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting up to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service.
Arrival & Check-in
We ask that new guests, or guests who have not visited us within a year, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Returning guests are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Crystal Valley Day Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a complimentary snack and cup of tea or coffee available in our relaxation area.
Spa Parties
For parties of three or more, please contact our group coordinator, Laura, for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.
cell phones
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones off or to vibrate upon arrival. As a curteousy to all spa guests we ask that you speak in a soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
Prices & Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any amount or service and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at (864)610-2006 or 24/7 through our online system. We are happy to mail your gift certificate to you, as well. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates are not refundable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase a gift certificate.
Service Series
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa service series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for a spa credit of equal value. You may 'gift to' or 'share' your service series with someone. Please mention this when booking. The appointment reservation needs to be under the name of the guest who initially purchased the service series.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. Customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
Personal Belongings
Crystal Valley Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home.
Spa Promotions
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer or promotions.
Customer Satisfaction
The team at Crystal Valley Day Spa prides themselves on providing you with an exceptional service and experience each time you walk through our door. In the rare event that you are displeased with your service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout or contact us within 72 hours of the initial service. Upon approval of spa management, you may be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service, which will usually be accommodated within 7 days.
Return Policy
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Crystal Valley Day Spa.
